Three Legged Dog - - Milo's Life in NYC

A labrador's life in NYC after losing a leg. I know that in the long-run Milo will be fine. I started this blog because I did not know what to expect during the first few weeks after the amputation, and I hope this might be helpful to others who share the same concerns.

I can't believe he did that!

I woke up this morning with a big surprise on my bed: MILO! Today is exactly 7 months, one day since the accident and we thought that Milo would never again jump on the bed. Well, since he could not get to my side of the bed this morning, and he really wanted his breakfast, he decided to reach me by jumping on the bed. And to get down? he just jumped straight on his own bed for a soft landing.
He is proof that everything is possible... with the right incentives
